    The Brim Hat Bar can accommodate large-scale corporate events, conferences, brand activations, and private celebrations beyond our listed package sizes. We have experience serving events with 500+ guests and can create a custom hat bar experience tailored to your guest count, event flow, timing, and budget.

    Optional Add-Ons & Enhancements:

    Additional Service Time: $100 per hour (per staff member)

    Custom Branded Patches: Starting at $5 per patch (minimum order quantity and lead time required). Perfect for corporate logos or event-specific designs!

    Premium Patch Selection: Inquire for pricing on specialty or limited-edition patches.

    Additional Adornments: Guests can purchase additional pins ($2), hat chains ($5), or hat ropes ($5) beyond package inclusions.

    Travel Fee: A travel fee may apply for events located more than 25 miles from Columbus, Ohio. Please inquire for a custom quote.
