At The Brim Hat Bar, we want you to love your hat! Please review our return policy carefully:
All Sales Final on Customized Hats: Due to the personalized nature of our custom hat designs, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on any hats that have been customized. This includes, but is not limited to, hats with added patches, feathers, pins, branding, or any other personalized alterations made at our bar. We encourage you to carefully review your design choices before finalization.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a hat that is defective or incorrect (e.g., wrong size shipped, significant manufacturing flaw), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange for a return and provide a replacement or a full refund. To initiate a return for a defective or incorrect item, please provide:
Your order number
A description of the defect or incorrect item
Photographs clearly showing the issue

Important Notes:
Returned defective or incorrect items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
